Banking on the earlier huge individual experiences in the construction field, the Synfra was formed. After formation of the company, the company has secured various contracts from Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation. Parallel to the works with MIDC, company has grown in the Private sectors works too & working for various prestigious organizations like Venkateshwara Hatcheries, Uttara Bio-Sciences, Uttara Foods & feed Private Limited, Punj Lloyd limited, Panchkroshi Shikshan Mandal, Suman Ramesh Tulsiani Charitable Trust, Vishwakarma Institute of Engineering, etc. The company is registered with Public Works Department, Maharashtra Class 1A.
The Company has various contracts with Irrigation Department & presently executing Minor Irrigation Dam at Mandangadh, District Ratnagiri.
Since from inception company is making good progress in terms of contract achievement, quality & turnover. Synfra has a subsidiary company under the name Atharva Promoters & Builders & successfully completed a Residential Scheme “Anupam Arcade” of 56,000 Sqft, opp to Katraj Snake Park, Katraj. The scheme has already completed & possession of the flats are handed over.
During this period company has well groomed with efficient & dedicated staff & no. of employees of the company has reached to 50 in management cadre amongst the various departments like Business Development, Technical, Execution, Accounting & Finance, Store, Human Resource etc.
