Project comprising of Total 23 Buildings of G+3 Floors having total built-up area of 3,43,896 sqft.
The project includes external development works like internal roads, gutters drainage system, water supply system, Sewage Treatment plant & external Electrical Development.
Total Tender Value of the Project is 84.76 Cr.
The Work is awarded in Phases, Currently Four Work Orders awarded to Synfra.
