Overview
Construction of 2B+2Podiums+12 Storeyed Commercial IT Towers for Apus Realties, Hinjewadi, Pune
Project comprising of Total 2 Towers of 2Basements+14 Commercial IT Floors.
The project has Two Basement Slabs of 55,675 Sqft of Footprint area each.
Two Podium Slabs Having 48,534 Sqft of Footprint area each.
And 12 Commercial Floor Slabs having Footprint of 34,053 Sqft each.
Thus Totalling built-up area of 6,28,723 sqft. Including OHT & STP.
- Total Project Work Order Value – 31.54 Cr.
Scope Awarded to Synfra
Membrane Waterproofing work for Basement raft and retaining Walls
Backfilling Work
RCC Works.
Co-Ordination with PT agency.
Total project duration awarded by Client is 18 months.
All the Slabs are designed with Post Tensioning Technique which reduces the number of beams and its depth which helps in getting more clear floor to floor height.
Award
The project has received the Gold Trophy in Construction Safety Awards for the years 2021 & 2022 by Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation (PCERF).
