Scope Awarded to Synfra
- Membrane Waterproofing work for Basement raft and retaining Walls
- Backfilling Work
- RCC Works.
- Co-Ordination with PT agency.
- Total project duration awarded by Client is 18 months.
- All the Slabs are designed with Post Tensioning Technique which reduces the number of beams and its depth which helps in getting more clear floor to floor height.

- Waterproofing works – 12,267 Sqmt.
- We have deployed System Formwork by Peri for Vertical Structures
- This reduces the installation time and reduces the deployment of additional material, also increase the quality of the structure.
